This ceremony marks 80 years since the longest and most pivotal campaign of the Second World War—The Battle of the Atlantic. Every year, we gather to honour the sailors, airmen, and merchant mariners who stood watch and gave their lives to keep vital supply lines open across the ocean.

All cadets are strongly encouraged to attend—this is a key ceremonial duty and an important opportunity to show respect, learn our history, and stand proudly as part of Canada’s naval tradition.

Families are welcome to stay and watch the ceremony.
