🏕️ Heidelberg Training Weekend

📅 25–26 April 2026

📍 Camp Heidelberg – 2001 Kressler Rd, Waterloo

❗ All drop-off and pick-up is at Camp Heidelberg – NOT at the Ship.

🚗 Drop Off: Saturday, April 25 @ 0900h

🚗 Pick Up: Sunday, April 26 @ 1500h

👕 Dress: Civilian Attire

🍽️ Meals:

Cadets must eat breakfast before arrival on Saturday.

All other meals, snacks, and drinks from Saturday lunch to Sunday lunch are provided.

🎒 Kit List Highlights:

• 3–4 sets of appropriate civilian clothing

• Weather-appropriate outerwear

• Running shoes & boots

• Sleepwear

• Sleeping bag, pillow, and blanket/sleeping pad

• Toiletries

• Refillable water bottle

🚫 Do NOT bring: drugs, alcohol, weapons, money, or video games

📱 Personal electronics are at your own risk

👥 Phase 1 & 2 Cadets:

Attend Saturday–Sunday as outlined above

👥 Phase 3+ Cadets:

📅 Arrive Friday, April 24 @ 1900h

• Same kit list applies

• Eat supper before arrival

• Follow direction from OpsO / Teams for schedule
