About the Market
The Winter Market 2026, organized by the K-W Navy League, is a community-driven event focused on bringing together local vendors and artisans for a day of shopping and holiday cheer. This market provides a platform for vendors to showcase their unique products and connect with the community, all while supporting a great cause.
The market serves as a key fundraiser for the K-W Navy League, with all proceeds directly benefiting the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps (RCSCC) Warspite.
By participating in the Winter Market, vendors and attendees alike play an essential role in ensuring the continued success of these programs, helping to fund cadet activities, equipment, and training initiatives that empower and inspire young people. This event is a wonderful way to support local businesses and the next generation of leaders in our community.
Vendors
We are currently seeking vendors to participate in our 2026 Winter Market.
Please see information below if you wish to participate!
We will be offering two spaces for our vendors to set up:

The Bottom of Royal Canadian Legion 530.

The Ship (Rear Cadet Hall) at Branch 530.
Additional Info:

Tables are $25 for a single, provided 6' table or space, double spaces limited upon request.

There will also be an additional charge for tables requiring power of $20.

Vendors will be able to set up between 8:00-9:50AM.

After Set Up, vendor parking will be on the street, in the parking lot across from the Legion, or next door Conestoga College office building parking lot.
