⚓ CNS TRAINING – SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4 ⚓


THIS IS ONLY FOR CADETS WHO REGISTERED - THE REGISTRATION LIST IS ON OUR WEBSITE.

Cadets attending CNS training this Sunday, October 4 should review the following information carefully.


🕡 DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

• Arrive at The Ship for 0645h (6:45 AM)

• Bus departs at 0700h (7:00 AM) sharp

• Pick-up will be at The Ship at approximately 1715h (5:15 PM)


📋 PERMISSION FORM & HEALTH CARD

A parent/guardian must come inside at drop-off to sign a permission form before their cadet can depart.

Cadets must also have their health card with them.

Cadets will not be permitted to board the bus without a signed permission form and their health card.


👕DRESS

• Cadets – Civilian attire

• Staff Cadets – C5

• Officers – NECU

Cadets wearing civilian attire must dress appropriately for the weather that day. Please check the forecast before leaving and ensure cadets have suitable layers, footwear and rain protection if required.


🌊 ON-WATER TRAINING

Cadets in Phase 3 and Phase 4, and potentially Phase 2, may be participating in activities on the water.


Cadets will not be going in the water, but those participating in on-water activities need to dress appropriately for the conditions. It can feel cooler on the water, so please plan clothing accordingly.


🥪 MEALS

Lunch will be provided.


🎒 PERSONAL ITEMS

Cadets should not bring expensive items, electronics or other valuables. There is limited storage available during the activity, and belongings may be exposed to changing weather conditions.


RCSCC Warspite and the activity are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.


💵 Cadets will not need money for this activity.


✅ ATTENDANCE

Only cadets who previously signed up and appear on the attendance list may attend.


Please check C365 or the website for the attendance list and confirm your cadet’s attendance through C365 or by emailing 94sea@cadets.gc.ca.

Quick Kit List

  • Health card — required

  • Refillable water bottle

  • Small backpack

  • Comfortable long pants

  • T-shirt or long-sleeve shirt

  • Sweater/hoodie or light jacket — important for the cool morning

  • Light rain jacket/water-resistant outer layer

  • Closed-toe running shoes or similar practical footwear

  • Hat and sunscreen
